在高等院校合并或扩张成为主流思想时期,人们普遍注意到了一所院校的各个校区之间的校园文化对称性问题对于学校发展的重要意义。该文基于这个角度,探讨目前急需论证的校园文化向新校区传递的理论,尝试性地提出了不同于文化传承和传播的文化移植的概念,并给出老校区成型的校园文化向新校区移植的相关界定。

When the amalgamation and expansion of colleges and universities become the mainstream, we pay more attention to the synchronization of campus culture between campuses , which is significant to the development of a university. In this aspect, this paper discusses the theory of campus culture transplant from main campus to new campuses, and puts forward the new concept of culture transplant, which is different from the one of culture propagation. It also presents the relevant criteria for the molded campus culture transplant from main campus to the new ones.
