摘要
经济全球化反映着人类经济活动的客观规律,是世界经济发展的必然趋势。而国家主权则属于传统政治生活中的基本范畴和制度。在经济全球化趋势产生前后,国家主权在理论与实践上都有较大变化,逐步形成了国家主权与经济全球化之间的矛盾关系。对这一矛盾的产生过程及其表现做出科学的概括分析,有助于我们正确理解国家主权的现实意义,从而更好地应对和促进经济全球化的发展。
Economic globalization, which reflects the physical law of the economic activities of man, is an inevitable trend of the world economic development, while state sovereignty belongs to the basic category and system in the traditional political life. Around the emergence of the trend of economic globalization changes took place both in theory and practice concerning state sovereignty, which gradually lends itself to disputes between state sovereignty and economic globalization. A scientific analysis of the process in which the contradictions came into being and the form of their manifestations will help us to acquire a correct understanding of the practical significance of state sovereignty so as to better deal with and promote the development of economic globalization.
