内蒙古小城镇规划问题的解决对策

SOLUTIONS TO THE PROBLEMS CONCERNING SMALL TOWN PLANNING IN INNER MONGOLIA

针对内蒙古小城镇规划中存在的规划工作相对滞后、规划布局缺乏弹性、规划设计缺乏特色、规划成果与实际脱节及规划实施缺乏反馈机制等问题,在剖析其成因的基础上,提出了强化规划调控、加强基础研究、改革投融资体制与规划编制方法、完善规划法规等解决内蒙古小城镇规划问题的途径与措施。

There are many problems that remain to be solved in small town planning in Inner Mongolia. These problems are: the planning is relatively lagging; the layout lacks resilience; the design lacks special features; the result of the planning is divorced from reality and the implementation of the planning wants feedback mechanism. On the basis of the analysis of the causes of these problems, this paper puts forward some solutions to them which are : strengthen the control of the planning and basic research, reform the financing system and the method of plan drawing, and perfect planning statutes , etc.
