摘要
应用细胞学染色技术和扫描电子显微镜技术,观察和描述了闪瞬目虫的形态结构和形态发生过程。实验第一次发现了闪瞬目虫无性生殖周期中伴随着后仔虫口器发生过程的一个特殊现象,即后仔虫口器的“移位”现象。本文从该虫的口器特点及口原基发生特点上,解释了这种“移位”现象。闪瞬目虫的口器“移位”运动分两步进行:当后仔虫的口原基发育到三片口小膜和一片波动膜基本分化成形以后,口原基先由纵向排列的位置顺时针旋转到近似水平的位置(约 90°旋转),再由水平位置过时针旋转到倾斜位置(约60°旋转)。从而保证了闪瞬目虫无性生殖后期前、后仔虫的口器在纵轴位置和倾斜角度上的一致性。
With the protargol straining method and scanning electron microscopy(SEM), the morphological structures and the morphogenesis of Glaucomascintillans (collected in Shanghai, China) have been observed. A specialphenomenon 'displace' of the opisthe during its stomatogenesis is found for thefirst time and is divided into two. After all three membranelles and theundulating membrame of the oral primordium (OP) are differentiatedcompletely, OP rotates clockwise from longitudinal position to hirizontal positionat first (90° rotation), then rotates anticlockwise from horizonal position to slantposition (60° rotation). The result is that the posterior oral apparatus returns tothe right site corresponding to the old one. This 'displace' of the opistheensures the identity of lhe size of the proter and opisthe, and the identity of thelongltudinal axis and slant angle of the anterior and posterior oral apparatus.
