摘要
木文应用空气干燥法制备了三种复殖吸虫精原细胞的中期染色体,并对它们的染色体组型进行了分析。蛙巨盘吸虫染色体数目为2n=20,其核型组成为8m+2sm:南昌舐血吸虫染色体数目为2n=22,其核型组成为7m+2sm+1st;灼鹬窄体吸虫染色体数目为2n=22,其核型为3m+7st+1t。
The karyotypes of three species of digeneans belonging three families were stu-died through the chromosome metaphases prepared from spermatogenous cells bythe air-drying technique. Gigantodiscum ranae had 20 chromosomes in diploid nu-mber, Its karyotype comprised 8 pairs of metacentrics (m) and 2 pairs of subme-tacentrics (sm). Haematoloechus nanchangensis possessed chromosomes of 2n=22.There were 7 pairs of metacentrics (m), 3 pairs of submetacentrics (sm) and onepair of subtelocentrics (st) in its karyotype. The diploid number of Lyperosomumkronschenpi was also 22 and had a chromosome formula of N=+3m+7st+1t,Some problems concerning the cytotaxonomy and phylogenetic relationships inTrematoda were discussed.
