Tactics of Construction of Library Literature Resources In the Higher Learning Institutions ——"The Library Regulations of Common Higher Learning Institutions" (Revised)

高校图书馆必须依据需求进行文献资源建设 ;文献资源建设仍然应以纸质文献为主 ;注重提供使用 ,不以获取所有权为唯一目的 ;重视不同类型资源的整合 ;资源建设要强调利用 。

The author point out that the libraries of the higher learning institutions should achieve the following goals under the new circumstance: the construction of literature resources in accordance with the demand; depending mainly on the paper literature; attaching much more importance to the use of literature resources than the ownership of them; attaching much importance to the integration of different type resources; the construction of resources is for its utilization but not for the sake of construction.
