中心逼近优化GM(1,1)模型及其在数控系统故障诊断中的应用

摘要 数控机床的数控系统的可靠性对数控机床质量起着非常重要的作用 .由于故障信息量较少 ,对其故障做出合理的预测 ,就具有重要的实践意义和理论价值 .灰色系统理论是研究贫乏信息的科学理论 ,具有广泛的适应性 .本文介绍了中心逼近优化灰色GM( 1,1)模型的建模方法 .应用该模型对数控机床数控故障的预测进行应用 ,效果令人满意 ,它为数控机床故障预测提供了科学而合理的新方法 。 The reliability of NC system of NC machine tool was very important to the quality of NC machine tool.For its data was little ,how to use a little data to forecast its future became very useful in theory and in practice.Grey System was a theory which studied poor information specially,and possessed wide suitability.Center approach optimum Grey GM(1,1) model was introduced.An example was given in NC system fault prediction of NC machine tool.So a high precision model for it and a good method were established.It can be widely used.
