主要介绍了磁粉传感器在郑州烟草研究院开发研制的第四代填充值测定仪中的应用,着重阐述了磁栅传感器在位移测量的同时与单片机、PWM控制器等相结合对直流伺服电机的闭环控制,并对系统控制方法进行了说明。

The application of magnetic grid in the fourth generation filling value meter developed by Zhengzhou Tobacco Research Institute was introduced mainly. While measuring the displacement, the magnetic grid was coupled with chip microcomputer and PWM controller in a closed loop circuit to control the direct-current servo motor. And the control method of the system was explained.
