摘要
机组容量的增大会使发生在汽轮发电机组上的随机振动幅值显著增大。在介绍发生在大机组上的包括汽流激振在内的随机振动的种种形式、故障原因和诊断方法的基础上,分析随机振动对机组安全性的影响。在明确故障源的前提下,由流体激振引起的随机振动,在不诱发明显有害的其他振动时,由振动危害机理和运行经验表明,这种随机振动对机组安全性影响不大,建议评价机组振动时扣除这种随机振动。
Along with the increase in the capacity of steam turbine-generator unit,the amplitude of random vibration of the unit will increase remarkably.Firstly,this paper briefs the all kinds of forms ,failure causes and diagnosis method of random vibration,including steam flow-excited vibration,occurring on the large size units,on this basis,analyzes the impacts of random vibration on the safety of units.If the failure source is clear-cut and the fluid-excited random vibration does not induce the other remarkable harmful vibration,the mechanism of vibration harm and operation experience show that,the impact of such random vibration on the safety of unit isn't big,hence such random vibration may not be taken into consideration in the vibration appraisal of unit.
