摘要 介绍国内外锅炉结渣诊断与预报技术的发展和研究现状、模糊判断、燃烧过程的数值模拟等新技术在电厂锅炉结渣预测方面的应用,并用数值模拟技术对元宝山电厂2号炉结渣情况进行分析,以期对电厂安全经济运行提供有益的指导。 The slagging problems of pulverized coal-fired boiler widely exist,which seriously affect the safe and economic operation of generating units.This article,(1)briefs the development and present study status of slagging diagnosis and prediction techniques for pulverized coal-fired boilers at home and abroad,and the applications of fuzzy judgement and numerical simulation of combustion process etc.new techniques in the slagging prediction of utility boilers;(2)analyzes the slagging situation of No.2boiler in Yuanbaoshan Power Plant by using numerical simulation technique in an attempt to provide useful guide for the safe and economic operation of power plant.
