摘要
针对燃煤示范电厂热工控制系统设计中的3个主要问题,提出实现控制系统功能分散和物理分散的关键是I/O功能的现场化和控制功能的区域化;设备或系统采购时应正确对待“机电一体化”,以保证工艺系统和设备的可控性;建立厂级信息网络时应全面规划、分步实施等,并结合工程实践进行分析。
In view of the three main problems existing in the instrument and control system of demonstration coal-fired power plant ,the paper raises that the keys to the realization of function distribution and physics distribution of control system are the site-oriented of I /O function and regionalization of control function;to correctly deal with'electromechanical integration'during the procurement of equipment or systems so as to ensure the controllability of technological system and equipment ;to completely plan and implement in steps during the establishment of plant class information system;and to conduct analysis in light of project practice.
