摘要
根据代谢控制发酵原理 ,经硫酸二乙酯诱变处理 ,定向选育出具有Met-+Ethr+α ABr+AECr 遗传标记的目的突变株ISW330。采用均匀设计法考查了发酵培养基中几种主要成分对L 异亮氨酸发酵的影响 ,通过MATLAB软件获得最佳发酵培养基配比 ,并对该目的突变株的摇瓶发酵条件进行了研究。在最佳条件下该菌株可产L 异亮氨酸 2 0 2 g/L。
Based on theory of metabolic control fermentation, got a mutant ISW330 which had the hereditary character (Met -+Eth r+α AB r+AEC r) by DES directive inducing Uniform design was employed in this paper to test the influence of several major components in fermentation medium on the isoleucine fermentation Using MATLAB software package,the optimal fermentation medium proportions were attained Then the conditions of shake flask fermentation were studied Under these conditions,the mutant could produce L isoleucine 20 2*#g/L
