12味中药对灵芝菌液体培养的影响 被引量:13

摘要 观察中药对灵芝菌液体培养中生物量和胞外多糖的影响。采用将 1 2味中药的水提取液分别加入培养基中接种培养 ,培养 7d后测定生物量和胞外多糖。结果显示 ,板蓝根、茵陈、垂盆草3味中药能增加灵芝生物量和胞外多糖量 ;丹参、半枝莲、苦参对灵芝多糖没有大的影响 ,而对生物量有明显地增加 ;虎杖、黄芩、甘草、金银花、白花蛇舌草和连翘 The liquor extracts from 12 kinds of Chinese traditional medicines were added respectively into the medium and then a fungus, Ganoderma lucidium, was cultivated As results, the mycelial biomass and extracellular polysaccharide contents increased when the extracts of Radix isatidis, Herba artenisiae Scopariae and Herba sedi were added into the medium There were increases on mycelial biomass but no change on extracellular polysaccharide contents when Radix salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix sophorae Flavescentis and Herba scutellariae Barbatae were added Inhibition on the growth of the fungus was also observed when Radix scutellariae and Rhizoma polygoni Cuspidati etc were used
