摘要
MTI-800及其类似物是一类兼具杀虫、杀螨且对鱼类低毒的醚类拟除虫菊酯.本文详细介绍了这类化合物的合成通法,并就其主要中间体A-对乙氧基苯基-3-甲基丁醛的合成提出了新合成路线.本研究共提出七个在国内为首次合成的新型菊酯,其中四种尚未见文献报道.药效测试数据表明:MTI-800为低鱼毒性优良的杀虫剂.
MTI-800 and its analogues are new ether-type pyrethriods as acaricide, insecticide of low fish toxicity.The paper shows in details a whole synthetic route of MTI-800 and its analogues, especially promotes an new way of selective syntheses of key intermediate A-(3-p-ethoxyphenyl-3-methyl-butaldehyde).Seven MTI series of compounds are presented including four new compounds never reported in publication.Bioassay data show that compound-M has good knock-down and killing activities aud low toxicity to fresh fish.
