摘要
本文讨论了MLR分布族无失效数据时可靠度的经典置信下限问题和指数分布无失效数据时可靠度的Bayes置信下限问题.
In this paper, Classical zero-failure lower limit of reliability where the distribution of failure is assumed to be MLR distribution, and Bayesian zero-failure lower limit of reliability where the distribution of failure is assumed to be exponential distrbution are discussed respectively.
