摘要 采用不同培养基对西瓜(CitrullusVulgaris)的子叶、下胚轴和茎尖进行分化培养.结果表明:以MS为基本培养基,附加BA0.4mg/L处理时,3d苗龄的子叶的分化频率最高,可达95.5%,12d左右可见不定芽出现.西瓜对卡那霉素(Km)比较敏感,当培养基中添加20mg/L的Km即能完全抑制不定芽和不定根的分化. The regeneration frequency of different explants of Citrullus Vulgaris (cotyledon,hypocotyl and terminal bud) on the different medium have been studied.The results showed that the cotyledon cultured for 3 days has the highest regeneration frequency of 95.5%,when it was placed in the MS basic medium supplemented with BA0.4mg/L.Furthermore,adventitious bud was appeared after 12 days culture.The Citrullus Vulgaris is more sensitive to Km,the differentiation of adventitious bud and adventitious root were restricted completely on the MS basic medium supplemented with Km 20mg/L.
