从2000年初广东讲话到2002年11月十六大报告,“三个代表”重要思想经历了科学命题的提出、系统的理论阐述、指导地位的确立三个阶段;十六大以后,进入了深入学习和全面贯彻的新阶段。这一重要思想在形成和发展的过程中具有七个方面的重要特征。
