Creative Diathesis Education and Cultivating Ability of Science & Technology Creation

创新素质教育是一种以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为重点的教育思想、教育目标和教育模式。本文在认识创造性机理的基础上,从创新素质教育模式的构建、教学方法的创新和营造一个有利于创新人才脱颖而出的环境方面,提出了实施创新素质教育的思路和在某些教学环节的实施措施。

The creative diathesis education is a kind of educational thought, goal, and pattern which emphasizes the cultivation of creative spirit and practical ability of students. Based on the understanding of the creative mechanism, the nuclear status of creative diathesis education in the cultivation of the creative ability of science and technology of students is discussed through the aspects of establishing the pattern of creative diathesis education, innovation of teaching methods and constructing the environment which is advantageous to the growth of creative person. The thinking of implementation of creative diathesis education and its measures in some teaching links are presented.
