摘要
针对高校人力资源开发与管理滞后的原因,与企业人力资源相对比,提出了建立院校愿景、树立正确的人才观念、采取激励措施、创造良好的工作环境、重视个人发展等改善高校人力资源开发与管理的举措。
In the light of exploiting university personnel resoures and its bad management, the authors put forword many ways to improve them according to the business personnel resoure; 1)to establish colleges;2)to set up right sense of personnel, ,3)to take encourageing measures,4) to creat better work surroundings, and 5)to devote much attention to the inividual develepment.
