摘要
报道双辊薄带钢铸轧熔池电磁侧封低熔点合金模拟试验研究结果。在额定功率 60kW、频率 2 5 0 0Hz的电源下 ,成功实现对高 10cm金属熔池的侧向电磁约束与封堵。
Experimental result by low-melting point alloy on the electromagnetic damming for the melt puddle of twin roll steel strip continuous casting is reported. In the experiment, the metallic melt pool about 10 cm high is successfully dammed by electromagnetic confining from the side direction under the power rating 60 kW and the current frequency 2 500 Hz for the electric generator.
