摘要
采用正交组合回归设计实验方法 ,研究硅、锰元素对铸态锌基合金力学性能的影响规律。结果表明 ,硅、锰元素对锌合金的室温硬度、10 0℃硬度、抗压强度和冲击韧性都有显著影响。适当控制硅、锰含量、并加入稀土元素进行变质处理 ,可得到具有较高强韧性的耐磨锌合金。
By the orthogonal regressive principle, the experiment method is designed, and the regularity that the affect elements Si and Mn in the mechanical properties of cast zinc-base alloy have been studied. The experimental results have showed that Si and Mn have a notable influence on zinc alloy's hardness of room temperature,hardness of 100 ℃,compression strength and impact toughness. If Si and Mn element are added in suitable proportion, and RE is added to inoculation, the wear-resisting zinc alloy with a good strengthening-toughening property can be obtained.
