摘要
用电子束浮区熔炼设备制备DD3高温合金单晶 ,结果表明 :采用腐蚀过的籽晶、引晶段重熔、电子枪加速升速模式等均可提高单晶的引晶成功率 ,并对各种因素的影响原因进行了分析。
DD3 super-alloy single crystal is prepared with electron beam zone melting furnace. The factors that affect the preparing of single crystal are investigated. It is shown that the etched seed, re-melting of the sample, accelerating start model of electron gun will result in single crystal growing easily. The mechanism of these phenomena is discussed.
