摘要
铝合金熔体净化是提高材质的关键 ,介绍铝熔体除氢净化技术的发展情况 ,常用吹气除氢方法与特点 ,并具体介绍实用的固定喷吹法和旋转喷吹法。为了达到新的净化水平 ,努力改进铝熔体除氢的动力学条件和采用复合净化技术 ,即应用气体熔剂除氢的同时 ,加 1种去除氧化夹杂物的净化处理工艺 ,达到综合净化效果。
Purification technology for the melt body of aluminum alloy is the key for improving the quality of aluminum alloy material. The developing situation is reviewed also, such as degassing process by gassing, fixed or revolving gassing and spraying. In order to achieve the new level of purification, We improve the condition of degassing process with melt body of aluminum, adopt complicated purified technology, putting into the gas solvent and a type of technology such as canceling oxidation inclusion.
