摘要
为实施现代企业管理 ,分析精铸企业的生产特点和管理过程中常遇到的问题 ,探讨适合于中国精铸企业的管理方法 ,即用制造资源计划 (MRPⅡ )的整体框架 ,吸收准时制生产 (JIT)的管理思想 ,达到生产与计划的一致。
Owing to push the modern enterprise management, the problems which appear in production characteristic and management process are analyzed. The authors discuss the management method of precision casting enterprise, which concludes the MRPⅡ and JIT thought, and make production practice to fit for plan.
