摘要
从客户服务需求出发,论述提高服务质量的必要性,提出以社会化服务、个性化服务、数字化参考咨询服务、辅助教学服务为代表的提高服务质量的策略,并给出其实现的技术方法。
The advance of digital libraries(DL) is the tide that cannot be blocked,and the quality of DL service is the key factor that determines the fate of DL. On the basis of the advance of customer service requirement, the necessity and related strategies on improving the service quality of DL, such as socialized service, personalized service, digitalized reference service, and aided teaching service, are discussed in this paper, and the technology for their implementation are also presented.
