摘要
论述了精密加工环境和工件温度控制的必要性,提出了一种成本较低的变频空调系统和切削液恒温喷雾冷却系统的设计方案,同时对加工系统温度的监测进行了探讨。
The necessities of precision machining surroundings and work piece temperature control are described in this paper. A low cost design proposal for frequency conversion air-conditioning system and thermostatic spray cooling system for cutting coolant is put forward and the temperature detection of the machining system discussed.
