摘要
在阐述跨局部属排空车走行系数定义的基础上,分析了合理测算跨局部属排空车走行公里对铁路局经济效益的影响,提出了跨局部属排空车走行系数测算方法和经济效果评价。
On explaining the definition of running coef-ficient of ministry-owned dispatched empty wagons thattransfer inter-Administrations, the paper analyzes theinfluences to the economic benefit of railway administra-tions by proper calculation of mileage accomplished bythe ministry-owned inter-Administrations dispatchedempty wagons. It then puts forward the calculationmethod of running coefficient for ministry-owned inter-Administrations dispatched empty wagons and the evalu-ation of its economic result.
