摘要
本文研究了计算机辅助孔型设计(CARD)中的关键问题及处理方法。根据棒材的轧制特点和现场中的使用情况。建立了一个完整计算机辅助优化孔型设计系统。提出了较好的设计计算方法,获得了令人满意的设计结果。
The important problems and solution methods have been researched in this paper about Computer Aided Roll Pass Design (CDRD). Based on the features of bar steel rolling and factual productive experiences, a complete CARD optimum system has been established. The better design calculation methods are proposed and satisfactory results are obtained.
