熔融还原流态化预还原附碳铁精矿粉的动力学研究

摘要 研究了流态化预还原附碳铁精矿粉的动力学,建立了反应的宏观速率方程及温度效应公式;并基于“粒子模型”获得了还原反应的动力学模型,据此还提出了还原的动力学机理。 The kinetics in the pre-reduction process of concentrated iron ore adhering to carbon black is studied in this paper. The apparent rate equation and the formula of temperature effect are established with a laboratory fluidized bed. A kinetics model of the reduction is established based on the micro-grain model. According to this, the kinetics mechanics of the reduction is put forward.
