摘要
对用熔融炉尾气流态化预还原高炉炉尘进行了研究。实验结果表明:还原5~8分钟,其金属化率可达70%以上,满足了终还原的要求;对高炉炉尘进行附C处理,大大加速了还原速度,当C%=11~12时,达到70%的还原度只需8分钟,而未经析C处理的原料炉尘还原需25分钟,缩短了2倍;在试验范围内,各因索对高炉炉尘还原度的影响主次顺序为:温度→附C量,系统压力→还原气线速。
The pre-reduction process of BF dust in a fluidized bed with smelting furnace gas is studied in this paper. The results prove that the pre-reduction products could satisfy the needs of smelting furnace and improve environmental contamination caused by the BF dust, It is found that the carbon-black adhesion treatment is an affective method to speed the pre-reduction process, The adhered carbon black also prevents the dust particals from sticking together during reduction. By use of the method, the time of obtaining 70% pre-reduction degree of the BF dust is only eight minutes, which is only one third of the time needed in original process. The main factor influenced the reduction rate are discussed respectively.
