摘要
本文提出了一种应用cMTP法预报织构材料制耳情况的方法。该方法依据一种等值拉压模型,提出了一个描述凸耳形状的参数E,然后在考虑材料加工硬化的情况下,给出了计算E值的途径,最后还提出了计算凸耳形状的方法。运用这一方法对一些织构材料所作的制耳情况预报与实验结果符合较好。
Based on the CMTP method, a method is presented of predictiong earing behaviour of texture with this paper, with this method, the profiles of ears are obtained by calculating a parameter E which can be used to predict the cup heights. The calculated profiles of ears show good agreenment with experimental results for some polycrystals.
