浅析工程地震研究项目的组织管理

PRELIMINARY ANALYSIS ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT IN THE PROJECT OF ENGINEERING SEISMIC INVESTIGATION

本文从研究所项目管理的角度出发,通过对部分工程地震研究项目完成情况的回顾,分析总结了工程地震研究项目组织管理的成绩和存在的主要问题,并提出了改进性意见和建议。

In this paper, the achievement and the major problems of organization and management in the project of engineering seismic investigation are analysed from the angle of the project of management and by looking back the accomplishment of some projects in engineering seismic investigation, some opinions and proposals are also put forward in this paper.
