摘要
文章对ITS学习策略向合作学习发展的过程作了简单回顾、介绍了冲突有关概念;对基于认知偏差理论的冲突策略在合作学习中的应用进行分析,重点突出学生与麻烦制造者之间的冲突(外部冲突)及其作用;学生通过与麻烦制造者的之间对话、辩论,纠正学习中的认知偏差,最后实现冲突消解,改善合作学习环境,提高学习效率。
The paper,reviewing the development of ITS learning strategies toward cooperative learning and introducing the concept of conflict, analyses the application of conflict strategies to cooperative learning based on cognizant dissonance, and stresses the conflict and its functions between students and troublemakers. As a result, through dialogue, dispute between them, the cognizant dissonance will be corrected, and finally achieve dispelling conflict, improving the cooperative learning environment and learing efficiency.
