Research on pressure response characteristic of HPG unsymmetrical valve

根据阀的等效液压桥路模型,推导出了恒流源阀压力静特性的一般公式和负载压降增益与阀口高度相对增益的关系式,分析了转阀矩形阀口任意曲线切边的设计规律。

According to equivalent hydraulic circuit bridge model of valve,the universal formula of pressure response characteristic of constant flow valve and the formula relation between working pressure gain of power cylinder and orifice height gain of valve are established. The regulation of designing orifice with any cure type formed edge is analyzed.
