广州市中学全民健身活动的发展现状及其特点的调查研究 被引量:8

摘要 青少年儿童是我国"全民健身"计划实施的重点。通过50所中学的校长、教师和学生共2206人的大样本调查,对广州市全民健身的重要组成部分——中学全民健身活动的现状及其特点进行了较为全面的分析研究。主要结论:广州市中学已基本建起行之有效的全民健身活动的运管机制并在良好运行;但学校体育场地仍然偏少,总体体育经费偏低,各校体育教师的配备、体育场地的拥有量及体育经费的投入均不平衡,个别学校的体育工作亟待加强和改进;现行学校体育及体育课已不能满足学生的广泛需求;应支持和引导学校体育与社会体育的互联互补,利用各方体育资源,抓住"减负"契机,进一步重视并加大对学校体育及全民健身活动的各项投入,才能促进中学全民健身活动朝更积极、有效的方向开展和发展。 Teenagers and children are the aiming group to implement the National Fitness Program. The study analyzes the present situation and characteristics of sport for all activities among high school students in Guangzhou by a large-scale investigation on 2206 teachers and students from 50 schools.The main conclusions are as follows:An effective system for sport for all activities has been basically set up and is working well in Guangzhou's high schools.Yet sport fields are not adequate in schools.Overall input on physical education is at a lower level.Physical education teachers,sport fields and input on physical education among schools are not well balanced.Physical education in some schools needs to be improved.Current physical education in schools cannot satisfy the students' growing needs.The study suggests that school physical education should coordinate with social sport and make use of different physical education resources to increase the input on school physical education and sport for all activities and to promote its development in a more active and effective way.
