隧道窑窑体散热与烧成温度和环境温度的关系

THE RELATION OF HEAT LOSS THROUGH TUNNEL KILN WALL ON THE FIRING AND SURROUNDING TEMPERATURE

本文研究隧道窑窑体向外散热。研究结果表明,车间环境温度的变化对窑体散热损失的影响极小。找出了窑内制品烧成温度制度的变化对窑体散热损失影响的几个关系式,并可利用这些关系式实时计算窑体的散热损失。

In this paper the authors have stadied the heat lossthrough tunnel kiln wall by micro computer.It is found that thechangeof heat loss may be neglected with the variation of the surroundingtemperature.Some functions between the rate of heat loss and firingtemperature are obtained.Using these functions,we can get the heatloss through the kiln wall in time.
