摘要 电镜观察发现,干旱胁迫使甘蔗叶内细胞叶缘体基粒消失,外膜破裂,片层解体,出现较多嗜饿颗粒;线粒体嵴消失,外膜破裂,胞质中出现脂质滴。印度331叶片细胞器结构被碇环程度轻于粤糖57/423。 Ulteastructural changes of chloroplasts and mitochondria in mesophyll cells of sugar cane leaves under water stress were described.The outer membranes of the chloroplasts were broken.Many osmiophilic globules were found and the disapppearance.of grana and disruption of lamellae were observed wighin the chloroplasts.The outer membranes of the mitochondria were also broken.The cristae disappeared ?and some lipid droplets in the cytoplasm were observed.The degree of organelles disruption was lighter in the variety Co331 than in the variety Yue Tang 57/423.
