摘要
众所周知,湖北云梦秦简的面世,为研究秦代社会问题拓展了领域,从而使对秦律的认识和探究不断深入。本文以云梦秦律为据,就其中有关经济运作方面所贯彻的理性精神问题作一些探讨,以期有所增益。
It is well known that the discovery of Yunmeng Qin Tablets expands the horizon in studying of social matters about Qin Dynasty,especially,the deep understanding and probing of Qin Rules. In terms of the tablets,this paper affempts to discuss the reason spirit of economy operation and hopes to benefit from it.
