摘要
服务质量不仅影响城市公交行业的发展,而且直接影响市民的出行。本文从微观管制经济学入手,探讨了兰州市公交服务质量存在的问题,并就管制体制改革提出了政策性建议。
Service quality not only effects the development of munici Cities' public traffic industry, but also affects directly the journey of city residents. Taking Lanzhou as an example, this paper uses the microregulation economics theories to discuss the problems existing in the service quality of public traffic in China. It also provides constructive suggestions for the management of the structural reform.
