大学生素质包括思想道德素质,文化素质,专业素质和身体心理素质,其中,文化素质是基础。本文在经过问卷调查分析,基本掌握工科院校大学生文化素质教育状况的基础上,进一步提出一般工科院校大学生文化素质教育的目标原则、实施方案和评价办法,旨在为一般工科院校大学生文化素质教育提供有益的借鉴。

The quality of college students covers moral, cultural, professional and pychological quality. Among them, cultural quality is the basis.
