Establishing and Operation of Risk Information Management System of Enterprises

随着计算机技术、网络技术、通讯技术与Internet技术的迅速发展和国际经济一体化进程的加快,企业面临的经营环境具有高度的不确定性,企业发生风险的可能性大大增加.为此企业应加强风险管理工作,设立专门的风险管理组织,同时应建立一套行之有效的风险信息管理系统,以搜集企业风险的内、外部信息,及时、准确地识别、分析、预防和控制风险,做到有备无患,将风险损害降至最低点.在分析企业风险及其种类的基础上,对企业风险信息管理系统的建立与运作问题进行了初步探讨,其目的在于强化企业风险信息的管理,提高企业的抗风险能力.

With the fast development of computer,web,communication and Internet technology,enterprises face a highly uncertain economical environment especially along with the advance of the progress of the international economy combination, The risk of operating and maintaining an enterprise increase greatly.So enterprises should not only institute professional risk management organization but also construct a series functional of rksk management information system to collect the risk information of in-and-out enterprises and recognizing,analysis,forecasting and controlling the risk in order to decrease the damage of risk as greatly as possible.In this paper, authors discussed the problems of building and maintaining of risk managementinformation systems on purpose of emphasizing the enterprise risk management works and hence increasing the enterprise's capabilities of anti-risk.
