On the Interdependent Relationship Between the art and science in Products Design

现代产品既有科学性注入的一面,又有艺术性注入的一面。科学性与艺术性构成产品设计不可或缺的一个整体。科学性是产品设计的首要因素,艺术性是产品设计的灵魂,科学性和艺术性是产品设计互相依存的两个方面。科学性和艺术性的相互交融可以实现产品设计的时代飞跃。

Modern products are infused with both artistic and scientific qualities, either of which is necessary in products?design as a whole. Being scientific is the most important factor in products?design while being artistic is the soul, and they depend on each other. The blend of the two may cause the leap of products?design in a new era.
