摘要
合成并酯化适当结构的脂肪醇、烷基酚醚、脂肪醇醚,以不同碱剂中和,运用表面活性剂的协同效应进行复配,得到耐强碱渗透剂CP5-10g/L用量时,在0-200 g/L NaOH溶液中,渗透时间7-13秒;在160-200g/L的碱液中稳定;-2℃至40℃自然环境中12个月,保持清澈透明状。
After synthesizing and esterifyed aliphate alcohol, alkylphenol ethoxylates and fatty alcohol-polyoxyet- hyleneether, then neutralizing and combining them, a resistance to alkali penetrant was get hold of named CP: the penetration time is 7-13 sec. in 0-200 g/LNaOH; well stabilization in 160-200 g/LNaOH and -2℃ to 40℃ in labor- atory.
