哈尔滨市大学生人格障碍倾向的分布特点研究

The distribution of personality disorder tendecy in college students in Harbin City

目的 了解并掌握哈尔滨市大学生出现人格障碍倾向的发生率。方法 以整群抽样的方法,采用人格障碍的自评筛查工具(PDQ-4+)调查哈尔滨市5所高等学校的2228名大学生。结果 经人格障碍的自评筛查工具得出大学生人群中,以强迫型人格障碍为最高(28％),回避型人格障碍倾向次之(8％),以被动攻击型(1％)、抑郁型(1％)和依赖型(1％)三种人格障碍倾向的发生率为最低。结论哈尔滨市高校学生的人格障碍倾向有不同程度的发生率,应当为大学生人格的健全发展采取有效措施。

Objective:The purpose of this study was to survey the prevalence of personality disorder in college students in Harbin City. Methods:By means of cluster sampling,2228 students from 5 college in Harbin City were investigated by personality diagnoslic questionnaire-revised,PDQ-4 + . Result:Throgh PDQ-4+, the study showed the obsessive-compulsive personality had the highest incidence (28%) , avoidance personality(8%),passive-attacking personality(1%),depressive personality(1%) and dependence personality (1%). Conclusions: There are different incidence of personality disotder among college students, which should be paid attention during personality development through effective and positive moasures.
