股骨头无菌坏死早期X线平片诊断研究

X-ray diagnosis of early avascular necrosis of femoral head

目的 本研究旨在评价X线平片在诊断早期股骨头无菌坏死中的作用,以求找出早期诊断线索。方法对我院近年来收治有早期坏死平片X线表现并经MRI确诊的32例早期股骨头坏死病例进行回顾性分析。结果 早期X线表现(指股骨头不变形。关节间隙无变窄)①股骨头明显骨质疏松;②股骨头局限性密度增高;③股骨头局限性密度减低;④股骨头皮质变薄, 密度减低模糊;⑤髋关节面硬化,不规整。结论X线平片经济简便,掌握其病变特征结合临床进行综合分析,尤其是对高危人 群的复查,早期诊断是可以做到的。

Objective: TO evaluate the value of X-ray plain flain films in the diagnosis of the early avascular necrosis of femoral head for find out the early diagnostic clue. Materials and Methods The X -ray findings in 32 treated 'cases with MRI-proved early avascular necrosis of femoral head were analyzed retrospectively. Results The early X -ray signs were as follows (refer to the femoral head didn't deformed and the joint surface didn't narrowed):1. Obvious osteoporsis in femoral head. 2. Local high density shadows in the femoral head. 3. Local low density shadows in the femoral head. 4. Thin and indistinct compact substance of the femoral head indistinct trabecular in the femoral head. 5. Ossified and irregular hip joint surface. Conclusion: By analysing the clinical history and X-ray demonstration in the high daner population and had a follow- up examination,the economical and convenient X-ray plain films could help to the early diagnosis of the avascular necrosis of femoral head.
