NICU中新生儿听力筛查模式的初步探讨 被引量:5

摘要 听损伤患儿在残疾儿童中占有较大比例,有重症监护治疗史的婴儿发病率更高。针对其听损伤发生的特点,采取自动听性脑干反应这一有效、精确的筛查方式,于出院前进行初步筛查,出院后1个月进行复筛,3个月接受听力学及医学评价。确诊为听损伤的婴儿转入干预机构,接受早期治疗。
