热休克蛋白对缺氧缺血性脑损伤神经元凋亡的保护作用及机制

摘要
热休克蛋白(HSP)是机体在受到应激刺激后诱导产生的一组蛋白质,对细胞损伤具有保护作用。近年来较多文献报道HSP对缺氧缺血性脑损伤神经元的凋亡具有保护作用。本文就HSP的特点、脑缺氧缺血后神经元中HSP的表达及其对神经元凋亡的保护作用和机制进行综述。
