胆固醇酯转运蛋白的研究方法与临床意义 被引量:8

摘要 胆固醇酯转运蛋白 (CETP)是一种重要的脂质转运蛋白 ,在胆固醇逆向转运中起关键作用 ,与动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展密切相关。本文简要介绍了CETP的生物化学特征、CETP活性与质量及基因多态性的研究方法以及CETP研究的临床意义。
