About Design and Realization of Extracting I-Frames from MPEG Stream

在基于视频内容的多媒体查询与检索系统中 ,经常希望用静态图像来表示视频内容 ,在视频点播中 ,有时需要视频服务器提供一种快进、快退的功能。提供了一种提取I帧的方法 ,并对PCR ,DTS ,PTS时间信息进行了讨论。

I-Frames are still images, which based the content of the video sequence in an abstracted multimedia query and search system.Sometimes, The Video server are demanded to provide fast forward and fast backward service for client. A approach to extraction of I-Frames was proposed,and discuss the question about time information such as PCR,DTS,PTS etc.
