摘要
当前不少有线电视工程人员在有线电视基础理论与基本实践的某些问题上存在不同程度的认识偏差和操作失当 ,制约了有线电视系统质量指标的提高 ,根据实践经验和研究心得 ,对“指标分配”等问题浅谈体会和看法供参考。
Many CATV engineers have some misunderstanding in basal theory and misoperation in practices, which prevent from improving the quality of the CATV systems.Based on his experience and study brings forward the author’s point of view on some problems such as ”Distribute index”.
